Bulk Store Hour Maintenance

This toolset allows you to make store hours changes in bulk

Before You Start

Before you get started, here are a couple important terms to know:

  • Stores Page – This is where you will go to edit store hours. This page holds more information than just store hours.

  • Hours of Operation – The field to edit the store hours on the Stores page.

  • Code - This is the store code we use to identify stores in Paytronix

Ensure you have the proper permissions to maintain store hours and upload bulk changes. If you need permission, contact your User Admin to get the proper permissions added to your account. Please contact Paytronix Support or a Solutions Consultant if you have additional questions about store hour maintenance.

Generating Upload File

To upload store hour changes in bulk, you will first need to generate a .csv file that follows a specific format.

You can download a template from the stores page.

  • Select the 'Bulk Manage' button in the upper right hand corner

  • Under 'Existing Stores', choose 'Download All Stores'.

  • From here, a file with all stores and their store information will be downloaded. You can remove stores you do not want to include in your upload file.

  • You can use this file to make any changes to Hours of Operation. Please note: Hours of Operation will need to be entered in the following format for every day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Each day should be separated by a comma.

    • Format: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 7:00AM-3:00PM, 7:00AM-3:00PM, 7:00AM-3:00PM, 7:00AM-3:00PM, CLOSED, CLOSED

  • Save this file as a .csv file.

Adding/Changing Store Hours in Bulk

Before you start, make sure the store is already set up in Paytronix. If the store you would like to add hours for is not yet configured on Paytronix, please follow these instructions to create a new store: How Do I Set Up a New Store in Paytronix?

1. Navigate to the stores page. You can find the Stores page under Store Administration on the left-hand navigation menu. You can also search Store in the Quick Find.

To bulk upload, select the 'Bulk Manage' button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

2. Once you open Bulk Manage page, choose the 'Update Existing Stores' button found in the Existing Stores box.

3. From here, you can upload your .csv file. Please note - there is a limit of 500 stores per upload file. If there are no errors with your file, your file will upload automatically.
