Overview
This toolset allows you to add and maintain store hours for your locations. Please note - this tool does not allow you to adjust hours within the Paytronix Online Ordering system.
Before You Start
Before you get started, here are a couple important terms to know:
Stores Page – This is where you will go to edit store hours. This page holds more information than just store hours.
Hours of Operation – The field to edit the store hours on the Stores page.
Ensure you have the proper permissions to maintain store hours. If you need permission, contact your User Admin to get the proper permissions added to your account. Please contact Paytronix Support if you have additional questions about store hour maintenance.
Adding/Changing Store Hours
Before you start, make sure the store is already set up in Paytronix. If the store you would like to add hours for is not yet configured on Paytronix, please create the store in Paytronix using the following instructions: How Do I Set Up a New Store in Paytronix?.
Navigate to the stores page. You can find the Stores page under Store Administration on the left-hand navigation menu. You can also search Store in the Quick Find.
All your stores that are set up or have ever been set up in Paytronix will display on this page. Scroll down to find the store that you would like to add hours for. Once you find the store, select the name of the store..
Once you open the store, scroll down to find the field Hours of Operation. Please do not edit any of the other fields without consulting Paytronix Support.
If you are adding hours for the first time to this store, this field will be blank. If you are editing existing hours, you will see the existing hours already in the field.
To add hours, you must follow the following format from Monday to Sunday. If you would like a store to show as closed for a certain day, simply type CLOSED for that day. In the example below, Saturday and Sunday are closed.

After you have added the store hours, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit. Your store hours should now reflect those changes correctly in the app. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Paytronix Support at [email protected].
