If a store is changing ownership, a step must be taken to ensure continued billing and operations (Money Movement) for this store. Learn more about Money Movement Fundamentals .

Please fill out the PX Billing ACH change form, which is submitted automatically to Paytronix Billing.

When completing the form, please select the appropriate Submission Type:

  • New Store (Please make sure your Corporate contact has created your store in the PX System. If they need assistance with creating new stores, please have them contact [email protected])

  • Bank Account Update

  • New Owner / Store Transfer

We recommend this form be submitted as early as possible for uninterrupted billing services. You can submit this change form for up to 10 locations at once. If there are more than 10 locations changing at the same time, please email [email protected] to facilitate this change.
