HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

These reports run based on the configuration that a merchant has set which includes whether the merchant is centralized or decentralized, whether there is an offset (between when credits and debits are processed), calculations used to populate this report takes into account transactional activity and the money movement configuration to determine the amounts credited or debited. For more information about money movement, please read Money Movement Fundamentals.

This report shows all information relating to the transmission to and from each ACH account or credit memo account. The account name is followed by external store number, which is an optional tracking number linking the account to a store. Then the report shows the ACH account‘s status, which can be Active, Initializing, Suspended, or Unfunded. Paytronix does not attempt money movement with unfunded accounts. After the account status, the account type is displayed. There are two types of accounts: ACH accounts have money moved to and from them electronically and credit memo accounts receive paper statements. For automated money movement all accounts must be ACH. Next are account information, including routing number and account number, followed by the tracking number, which is only used for credit memo accounts. This is followed by the type of transaction: “C” for credit or “D” for debit, then the amount removed from or added to the account.

This report has a companion report, the Stored Value Money Movement ACH by Store Summary and the Stored Value Money Movement by Store Detail report, which shows the same data rolled up by the store level.
