Stored Value New Card Activation Summary

IS THIS REPORT RIGHT FOR ME?

Uses

* Shows total number of cards activated, by store.
* Shows total amount activated on Stored Value (Gift) cards.
* Includes comp and loyalty card activations (in the card counts), but only displays amounts added to Stored Value wallets at the time of the card activation.
* In many cases, the Stored Value Sales and Added Value Summary and/or Stored Value Sales and Added Value Detail reports may be more useful for getting the required information.

HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

This report shows all new card activations. Note that it will NOT show additions to cards that have been activated in a previous transaction. For that information, consult the Stored Value Sales and Added Value Summary and/or Stored Value Money Movement by Store Detail reports.

The first columns in the report display the store number and store name. There is an individual line for each card template and account status, so each store will most likely have at least two lines. Card Tempalte is the next column, which shows you what type of card is being reported on in that line. Note that loyalty and comp cards are displayed in this report as well, but the dollar amount they are activated for is not included. The next column shows the total enrolled, or total number of cards activated. This is followed by the total stored value dollars added during the activation. If your cards have discount dollars on them, they will NOT show in this column. The final column states what the status of the cards in the line are. Most cards will be ACTIVE, but other statuses can be ABANDONED, SUSPENDED or TERMINATED. For a complete list and explanation of each status, visit our Account Status page.

Column Name	Definition
Store Number	The Paytronix number for the store where the transaction took place
Store Name	The Paytronix name for the store where the transaction took place
Card Template	The name of the card; for more information, click What are Card Templates and Tiers?
Total Enrolled	The number of each card type and status activated.
Total Dollars	The total number of stored value dollars added to each card type and status (does not include discount dollars)
Account Status	Status of the account linked to the card

I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?

First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report.
- Quick Date: Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.
- Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.
Check the “All” box if you would like to include all stores. You can also enter a specific store code to see one store or select a store group from the drop down box.
Click Submit!

Note: This report is not updated in real time; activity up to 45 minutes in the past may not be included.
