HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

This report captures all loyalty and comp card activations. If you have a combined gift and loyalty card, the activations will also appear in the Stored Value New Card Activation Summary report. Both store number and name are displayed, followed by the tier of the card. There will be a separate line on the report for each tier . The following column shows the card’s current Account Status. If you run this report for a period in the past, the account status that will show on this report is the current account status, and not the status at the time for which the report was run. For example, if you run the report for April 2006, account status will be the current status and not that of April 2006. The total enrollees shows the total number of cards activated during the period for which the report was run. The total with data shows all cards that have data, but have not yet been registered in the Paytronix system. This column will be populated most often when you have transferred your loyalty program to Paytronix from another provider. A card is not considered to be registered until the guest logs in to the Paytronix site and provides a username and password. The following column shows the percentage of cards activated during the period that also have data. Next, you will see the total number of cards activated during the period which also have registered, followed by the percentage of cards activated during the period that are also registered.

This report is also available in a detail version. To view it, please go to the Loyalty New Card Activation Detail report page.
