HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

The Web Reward Redemption Summary report shows rewards that were “purchased” by redeeming points for specific rewards. This report will NOT show any rewards redeemed at store locations. It only shows the rewards accrued when purchased using points through the “Reward Yourself” link that guests access from the guest home page.

The top portion of the report shows the item label, the number of these items “purchased” with points, and the total number of points redeemed to purchase these items.

The bottom section of the report shows the same information as above, but broken down into Card Templates and Tiers delineations. The store for these transactions will always be the “Website”. This information is then followed by the Card Template, Tier, the number of cards, the number orders (as more than one order can be done by a card, as points allow), the item label, the item count, the total number of points redeemed.
