THIS LOOKS GOOD, NOW WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Column Name | Definition |
Card Owning Store Name | Name of the store where the card was activated |
Card Owning Store Number | Number of the store where the card was activated |
Card Number | Paytronix card number |
Transaction Store Name | Name of the store where this transaction took place |
Transaction Store Number | Number of the store where this transaction took place |
Date | Date/Time of the transaction |
Cashier ID | POS cashier ID |
Terminal ID | POS terminal ID |
Check No. | POS check number |
Transaction Type | Type of transaction that was performed, is usually “Activate”, “Add Stored Value” or “Redeem Stored Value” |
Transaction Amount | Amount added to or taken from the card |
Discount Amount | Stored Value Discount amount added or taken from the card, if applicable |
Net Amount | Difference between Transaction Amount and Discount Amount columns |
Change in Gift Liability | How this transaction affected the store’s gift liability |
Change in Net Money Movement | How this transaction affected the store’s money movement. Negative amounts indicate that the store owes to the other store in the row, positive amounts indicate that the store is owed from the other store in the row. |
Interpretation Summary |
This report shows all transactions for the store and wallets chosen during the filter creation. If you do not need to see each specific transaction, you may choose to use the summary version of this report. |
I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?
First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report. Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.
Quick Date
Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.
Do one of the following:
Enter the store number for the store you’d like to view transactions for (must select either Payment Account or Store)
Select the desired Payment Account from the dropdown (must select either Payment Account or Store)
Select the desired wallets from the drop down menu.
Select the desired card templates from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected. Check the “Include Cross Merchant Cards” if you would like to include cards from other merchants.
Click Submit!
