Interpretation Summary

This report shows all transactions for the store and wallets chosen during the filter creation. If you do not need to see each specific transaction, you may choose to use the summary version of this report.

The first column shows the name of the store that owns the card, the fourth shows the name of the store where the card was used. Note that the location that activated the card will always be considered that card’s “owner” even if a different store adds value to it. One of these fields will always be the store the report was run for.

Following the date and POS information, the report shows the transaction amount, discount amount and net amount, then the change in gift liability. The final column shows how this particular transaction affects money movement. Negative amounts indicate that this transaction caused this location to owe money to the other location. Positive amounts indicate that this transaction caused this location to be due money from the other location.
