What is the updated Merchant Experience?
Our new navigation UI makes it simple to quickly find the areas of Online Ordering that you wish to work within. By moving primary navigation to the left hand side of your screen, you’ll be able to see your key Settings in a collapsible format.
How do I enable the updated Merchant User Experience?
All new users to Paytronix will automatically receive our updated navigation. For our existing clients, please contact [email protected] to have this navigation enabled as an option for your users.
Once the option for the updated Merchant User Experience has been enabled on your site, your users will see a notice at the top of the location dashboard inviting them to click the button ‘Try the Updated Merchant User Experience’.
Users can choose to keep the updated navigation or revert back to the classic view by updating their settings in their User profile. To change an individual user view, navigate to the Profile icon in the upper right corner of your Online Ordering dashboard and select Profile.
Click the Try the Updated Merchant User Experience button under Your Profile Information to try the new navigational layout. You can come back here anytime to revert back to the classic view.
