If you do not currently have Self-Service eGift enabled, please email [email protected] to have it added to your account.
Where can I find Self-Service eGift?
Navigate from the left hand navigational menu to Program Administration>eGift to access Self-Service eGift.
You’re now in the eGift Configuration page.
NOTE: The eGift is Inactive toggle is in the OFF position by default. You will not be able to turn on your eGift program until you have populated each of the dropdown sections that follow.
What does the eGift Configuration Page do?
Before you begin working through the eGift Configuration page, it’s helpful to understand what you’ll be setting up.
The eGift program enables your guests (purchaser) to send virtual gift cards to their friends and family (recipient) via email. The eGift program webpages utilize prebuilt Paytronix templates that can be modified, with limits, to your company's branding.
With this program type, guests will select an image your team provides and can either (1) select from pre-defined dropdown amounts and/or (2) enter in a custom value of their choosing between a minimum and maximum threshold your team decides. Once a guest submits an eGift order, they will receive a fulfillment email and the recipient will receive a confirmation email.
