Getting an eGift card is pretty awesome. It’s even more awesome when you can use it through the Paytronix mobile app. Here’s how.
What is required to use an e-gift card in the mobile app?
For your guests' to be able to save their eGift cards in your Paytronix mobile app, you’ll need have both the Paytronix mobile app and Paytronix Online Ordering.
Alternatively, if you have the Paytronix mobile app as well as Gift and Loyalty, your guests can load their eGift card into their loyalty account, within the app to use it as a form of payment.
How can my guests use their e-gift card in the mobile app?
If you have both the Paytronix mobile app and Online Ordering, your guests can simply add the eGift card as a payment method, when checking out. The card will remain available for them to draw down from, if they do not use the full amount in the first transaction.
If you have the Paytronix mobile app as well as our Gift and Loyalty programs, then your guests can load their eGift card balance onto the mobile app, using their Loyalty account. Note, that in order for guests to be able to add value to their cards, you’ll also need to have the Reload feature enabled.
