OlO is a digital ordering platform that allows guests to order online or via your mobile app for pickup or delivery. Paytronix’s integration with them allows guests to use gift cards and their loyalty rewards for these orders.
Our integration supports the following types of gift cards:
Physical Gift Cards
eGift or Virtual Gift Cards
eGift Bonus cards (configured as Stored Value only, Comp dollars are generally not supported)
While Loyalty rewards will work at launch, OlO requires additional information to have gift cards work. To have your gift cards be redeemable, OlO will require the following:
The full set of bin ranges that fall under your gift card programs that should be redeemable
Whether PIN/Reg Code will be required to redeem the gift card for each bin range
This should include all ranges of cards that can utilize stored value (Example: 6000101000000-6000109000000 Pin Enabled: YES)
Ranges of cards that might have been created or printed without PIN/Reg Code should have Pin Enabled set to NO if you would like for them to be redeemable. This does carry an additional risk that a non-cardholder or bad actor can guess a card number with a balance and redeem it successfully.

To have this information sent to OlO please submit a ticket to our support team by either emailing [email protected] or filing a ticket via the help center. Please include a contact at OlO for us to send the ranges to, as well as any/all of the following information to reference the card ranges you need to have sent to OlO to be enabled for redemption.
1. The gift card template name(s)
Specify how card data under these templates that does not have PIN/Reg Code should be handled
2. The order number(s) (Example: Order # 4352468)
This is found in the subject line of the confirmation email when you order cards.
3. A time frame (Example: All gift cards from July 2023 to now)
4. The card batch name(s) (Example: September 2023 – Gift Cards)
This is not commonly shared but can be requested.
Once you have submitted your ticket one of our configuration specialists will work to gather the desired ranges and send them via a secure send to OlO for confirmation. Once OlO confirms they have loaded the data into their system they will work with you to test a card to confirm everything is working as expected.
