After the initial buildout of non-PXC POS types by the Paytronix Configuration Team, merchants can change POS types for subsequent stores based on need. Follow the steps below to quickly change the POS type in use at individual locations without contacting Support.

Permissions
You will need specific permissions to change select types of store information. Contact a corporate user admin to grant these permissions if necessary:
Merchant store admin
Merchant setup store - read
Merchant setup store - write
Merchant setup store group - read
Merchant setup store group - write
Process
1. Start at pxsweb.com and login
2. Navigate to Store Administration > Stores
3. Select the required store and the edit (pencil) icon
4. Find POS Mapping Group and POS Type and change to required mapping group (if necessary) and POS type
5. Save, and confirm details. You may need to restart the POS at the updated location for the change to take effect
6. If necessary, assign/reassign select store into store groups required for your organization
7. ***Toast only*** Toast stores require the site GUID entered into the External Store Number field
