Ready to go?
The rest of this article walks you through everything you can do in Rewards Hub.
What is Rewards Hub?
Rewards Hub is a self-service loyalty program management platform built into the Access Evo ecosystem. It gives loyalty program managers the ability to independently create and manage rewards, adjust program settings, and view performance data — all in real time, with no technical expertise required.
Before Rewards Hub, making changes to your loyalty program meant submitting a support request and waiting days or weeks for updates. Now you can act immediately — create a reward, adjust earning ratios (how many points earned for every dollar spent), or launch a promotion on your schedule.
⚠️ Important: You must be on Paytronix Loyalty with Access Evo Identity authentication to use Rewards Hub. If you haven't yet migrated to Access Evo Identity, contact your Technical Success Manager or Customer Success Manager to get started.
Access Rewards Hub
To open Rewards Hub from the Paytronix platform:
Log in to the Paytronix platform (PXS).
Click Access Button in the top left corner of the screen.
In the Products section, select Rewards Hub.
Rewards Hub opens in an Access Workspace. To return to the Paytronix platform at any time, click Access Button again. In Products, select the Paytronix app and then select Loyalty.

Review changes before they go live
Before any reward or program change is saved, Rewards Hub displays a confirmation screen. This gives you a chance to review your full configuration before it takes effect.
The confirmation screen shows:
An automated summary describing the impact of your changes, including whether the reward or program will be available to guests immediately and whether it will be visible to them.
A detailed view of all the settings you've configured.
From the confirmation screen, you can confirm the change, go back to edit, or cancel the operation entirely.
Examples of confirmation summaries:
'This reward will be available to guests immediately and will remain visible in your rewards catalog indefinitely.'
'This reward will become available to guests on [date] and will remain visible until [end date].'
'This bankable points program will be available to guests immediately, and guests will be able to start earning points with their next transaction.'
View performance data
The rewards table includes statistics for each reward so you can track performance across your program and spot trends quickly.
Governance and security
Rewards Hub includes controls to help you manage access and maintain a clear record of all activity.
Permission-based access. Your existing Paytronix permissions restrict your ability to create rewards. Not all users will have the ability to create or publish rewards.
Audit logs. Every change made in Rewards Hub is logged with the user name, change type, and timestamp, giving you a full history of program activity.
Confirmation screens. All changes require confirmation before they go live, reducing the risk of accidental updates.
