HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

This reports has two tables of data in the report output. The top part of the report rolls all of the results up to one line per store. The bottom portion of the report separates the same date into rows by card template and cashier. This report shows the store, the number of cards activated (or “sold”) and the number of cards that have been registered. It also shows for each store the cashier ID and number of cards activated and registered. This report is useful for determining well-performing stores and cashiers as well as those who can improve. Many restaurants groups choose to boost enrollment and registration by holding server contests. This report will show which servers and locations should win such a contest. Note that the cashier ID is the ID of the server who was logged in at either the time of card swipe or the time of check close, depending on your POS setup. You may notice that the number of cards registered is greater than the number of cards sold. This is because the report includes cards that may have been activated before the time period for which the report was run.
