How do I Enable AI Cross-Sells at the Enterprise Level?
Follow the steps below to enable AI Cross-Sells at the enterprise level.
1. On the client level page navigate towards Enterprise Settings Management.
2. Once in Enterprise Settings Management, scroll to the Cross-Sells settings section and select the Enable AI Cross-Sells setting to edit.
This will make the Enable AI Cross-Sells setting appear on the main part of the page.
3. Select the appropriate checkbox and hit the Publish button. You can then follow the usual steps for publishing ESM settings.
How do I Enable AI Cross-Sells by Location?
Follow the steps below to enable AI Cross-Sells location by location.
1. Navigate to the location level Cross-Sells settings page.
2. Then modify the Enable AI Cross-Sells setting accordingly and click save.
