Confirming Orders

Orders must be confirmed promptly to ensure that customers have a smooth ordering experience. When an order is pending confirmation, the tablet will repeatedly ding to alert you.

To confirm an order:

current orders

1. On the Pending Confirmation list, select the order you want to confirm. The order details will load
​
2. On the bottom toolbar, tap Confirm. The order will be confirmed and you will be taken back to the Pending Confirmation list
