Rejecting Orders

Learn how to reject an order when necessary

When confirming an order, it may be necessary to completely reject an order. This should only be done when absolutely necessary.

1. On the Pending Confirmation list, select the order you want to reject. The order’s details will load:

2. On the bottom toolbar, tap Reject

The Reject Order screen will load

reason for rejection


3. Under Reason for Rejection, select a rejection reason
4. Tap Reject Order to reject the order
