Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

Menu Optimizer uses rules and artificial intelligence to provide suggestions on how best to organize your menu, giving you the best chance of increasing spend on every order.

How does Menu Optimizer work?

Using trends from your revenue from the past 90 days, Menu Optimizer will ensure your top selling items are literally at the top of the list with priority position on your menu or allow you to hide low-performing items.

For example: Let’s say you have three sandwiches: Roast Beef, Turkey and Spicy Chicken. Over the past 90 days, Spicy Chicken has outsold both Roast Beef and Turkey, but it’s listed last on your menu. By turning on Menu Optimizer, Spicy Chicken will be moved into the top position on your test menu, ensuring higher visibility to your guests.

Menu Optimizer lets your try out several versions, or test menus, of your menu at the same time to see which performs the best. You can control which menu will be shown to most of your guests, i.e. your primary menu. By default, your most effective menu is your primary menu. A portion of your guests, or test population, are shown a random active test menu allowing you to see which menus are most effective.
