The Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report includes a high level overview of the transactions that occurred using the Instant Payments feature. Where can I find the Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report?

The Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report is available under 'Report Center/Run Reports'.

Select 'Stored Value Instant Payments Report' then 'Summary' under 'Stored Value/Gift Reports/Other Reports'.

How do I run the Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report?

1. Select the date(s) you wish to run the report for.

2. Select the store(s) you wish to see a report for. Select 'All' to see all stores.

3. Select the card template tied to Instant Payments.

4. Choose the output format for the report.

5. Click 'Submit'.

What does the Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report tell me?

Information available may include:

Store Code

The Paytronix number for the store.

Store Name

The Paytronix name for the store.

Transaction Type

For Instant Payments, the Transaction Type will be 'Add Instant Payment'.

Number of Transactions

How many transactions occurred using Instant Payment

Total Instant Payment Amount

The amount charged to the guest's credit card.
