Overview

The Stored Value Instant Payments Detail Report includes specific information on transactions that occurred using the Instant Payments feature. Instant Payments is a convenient way for merchants to charge a customer's gift card/loyalty balance and/or a credit card for a purchase, through the merchant’s mobile app. To learn more read: What is the Instant Payments Feature?

Where can I find the Stored Value Instant Payments Detail Report?

The Stored Value Instant Payments Summary Report is available under 'Report Center/Run Reports'.

Select 'Stored Value Instant Payments Report' then 'Detail' under 'Stored Value/Gift Reports/Other Reports'.

How do I run the Stored Value Instant Payments Detail Report?

1. Select the date(s) you wish to run the report for.

2. Select the store(s) you wish to see a report for. Select 'All' to see all stores.

3. Select the card template tied to Instant Payments.

4. Choose the output format for the report.

5. Click 'Submit'.

What does the Stored Value Instant Payments Detail Report tell me?

The report provides detailed information of the instant payment transactions that occurred at a particular store or various stores.

Information available may include:

Store Code

The Paytronix number for the store.

Store Name

The Paytronix name for the store.

Date/Time of the Transaction

The date/time the transaction took place.

Check Number

The check number generated by the POS.

Card Number

The guest's gift/loyalty card number.

Total Transaction Amount

The total revenue recognized for the transaction. If this amount is different than the Instant Payments Amount (see below) then this means there was already value on the stored value account.

Instant Payment Amount

The amount charged to the guest's credit card.
