How is my loyalty program doing?

To effectively evaluate how your loyalty program is performing, you can utilize several key performance indicators (KPIs) and resources provided by Paytronix:

Loyalty Penetration and Conversion Rates: Understand the ratio of loyalty members' checks to normal checks and how well your program is converting guests into loyalty members.

Visit and Spend Dashboard: This dashboard provides insights into how active the loyalty members are on a monthly basis, tracking visits and spending by store and comparing year-over-year data. You can access this dashboard by navigating to Analytics>Dashboards>Loyalty>Visit and Spend.

1:1 Win Back Campaign Analysis Dashboard: If you're looking to understand the performance of specific campaigns aimed at winning back lapsed members, this dashboard will be useful. It shows the effectiveness of one-to-one win back campaigns for loyalty programs. You can access this dashboard by navigating to Analytics>Dashboards>AI to IA>1-1-1 Win Back Campaign Analysis.

These tools and metrics will help you get a comprehensive view of your loyalty program's performance and identify areas for improvement.

How can I find out what my outstanding gift card liability is?

To find your outstanding gift card liability, you can use several reports in our Report Center:

Primary Options

Stored Value Liability Summarized by Card Template: Shows total outstanding gift card balances grouped by card templates

Stored Value Liability Summarized by Store: Shows total outstanding gift card balances grouped by store

Stored Value Liability by Card Detail Report: Shows ALL non-zero gift cards and their associated liability, sorted by store

Additional Options

Stored Value Liability Aging by Card Template: Shows the age of your gift card liability by card templates, helpful for determining breakage and tax liability

Stored Value Liability Aging by Store: Shows the age of your gift card liability by store of activation

These reports will help you assess the dollar liability associated with unredeemed gift card dollars. You can access them through the Report Center in your Paytronix Customer Portal.

How can I find out what email campaign was most successful last week/month/year?

To find your most successful email campaign from last week, use our Campaign Center Dashboard:

  1. Set your date range - Use the pull-down menu to select last week's dates or set a custom date range

  2. Review campaign performance - The Dashboard shows key success metrics including:
    • Open Rate (% of guests who opened emails)
    • Clickthrough Rate (% who clicked links)
    • Delivery Rate (% who received emails)

  3. Compare individual campaigns - Scroll to the Results section to see all campaigns from that period. Click on any campaign name to see detailed performance data and visualizations

  4. Use the Lift Analysis - This shows spending differences before and after each campaign, helping measure effectiveness

You can also run the Campaign Report from our Report Center, which provides Eat-Thru℠ Statistics for all campaigns over your selected date range, including open rates, unique guests, visits, and dollars spent

Where can I find out what the average check size is for my loyalty customers?

To find out the average check size for your loyalty customers, you can use the Visit and Spend Dashboard. This dashboard provides broad and store level data on Visit and Spend behavior including Total Dollars Spent and Dollars Spent per Visit. The dashboard can be customized to specific date ranges and Loyalty v. Non-Loyalty guests.
