HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

This report shows how each location is performing in relation to the other locations. We recommend running this report over a time period that matches how guests visit your locations. This report is a summary report and is more reflective of guest behavior when run over a longer period of time. It is sorted by store number. The store number and store name columns are followed by guest count, which is the number of unique guests who visited the location during the time period for which the report was run. Then the report shows the total number of visits, which is usually higher than guest count because many guests visit multiple times. After total visits there is a column for total dollars spent, and then average frequency. The average frequency shows the average number of times each guest visited during the period for which the report was run. Then the report shows the average dollars spent per guest and per visit. The average visits and dollars spent are followed by the number of all accounts used in the past twelve months, and then the percentage of these accounts that were used during the period for which the report was run.

I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?

  1. First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report. The report can be run for up to a 95 day period of time.

    • Quick Date: Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.

    • Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.

  2. Select the desired Card Template from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected. (For this report, “All” will mean all Card Templates that have both a Visit Wallet and Wallet that tracks spending. Gift cards and comp cards are not included in this report.)

  3. Click Submit!
