If you do not see this report in your Report Center, you do not currently have permission to run it. If you feel that this report could be useful for you, but it doesn’t appear on your list, please contact your user administrator for assistance.

IS THIS REPORT RIGHT FOR ME?

Uses

* Shows all point accrual transactions for the period for which the report is run
* Displays individual entries for all add and internal wallet
* Shows individual guest activity

Restrictions

Can only do one of the following:
* Run for 35 days for all stores.
* Run for unlimited days for one store.

HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?

Interpretation Summary

This report includes store number and name as well as the date and time of each transaction. If a card is swiped twice for two separate transactions (if a guest visits the bar before having dinner), each transaction will have its own row in the report output. Card number is followed by tier and transaction type, then information gathered by the restaurant‘s POS system including check number, terminal id and cashier id. The next columns are a listing of each wallet and how many points were accrued in each. Note that all internal and add wallets are included.

Store Number

The Paytronix store code for the store where the transaction took place

Store Name

The Paytronix name for the store where the transaction took place

Date

The date and time that the point accrual occurred; this is either the time the card was swiped or the time the check was closed.

Card Number

The card number that accrued points

Tier

The tier of the card that accrued points

Transaction Type

The type of transaction that added points to the card

Check No.

The check number received from the restaurant‘s POS system

Terminal ID

The terminal number received from the restaurant‘s POS system

Cashier ID

The cashier number received from the restaurant‘s POS system or the number of the CSR that adjusted the card

Wallet Name / Accrued

The number of points added to the wallet shown above

Wallet Name / Balance

The balance of the wallet shown above (after the point accrual took place)

I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?

  1. First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report. The report can be run for unlimited days for one store or for up to 35 days for all stores.

    • Quick Date: Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.

    • Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.

  2. Check the “All” box if you would like to include all stores. You can also enter a specific store code to see one store or select a store group from the drop down box.

  3. Select the desired tier from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected.

  4. Select the desired Campaign Occurrence from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected.

  5. Click Submit!

    Note: This report is updated in real time.
