HOW DO I INTERPRET THIS REPORT?
Interpretation Summary |
This report shows, by store, the total points accrued in the add and internal wallets. These most often include at least dollars spent, visits and points. To read the report, start in the left-most column and look at the store you’re interested in. There is also a summary of totals at the bottom of the report that combines all stores’ numbers and provides the number of unique guests who visited. The store number and name are followed by tier, transaction type and total transactions. Then we can see the wallet label and total points accrued. Please note that the “total points accrued” column usually includes dollars spent as well, not just points added to wallets. |

Store Number | The Paytronix number for the store where the transaction took place |
Store Name | The Paytronix name for the store where the transaction took place |
Tier | The Paytronix subsection of the card template (for a further discussion of card templates and tiers, click here) |
Transaction Type | There are several Paytronix terms for different transactions, including Accrual/Redemption and Balance Inquiry. For a complete list, please click here. |
Total Transactions | The total number of transactions that took place |
Wallet Label | The name of the wallet that was added to |
Points Accrued | The number of points that were added |

I LIKE IT, SO HOW DO I RUN THIS REPORT?
First enter the date range for which you’d like to run the report.
Quick Date: Here you can choose Yesterday, Today, the current month, or last month. If you have set up by your custom fiscal periods, you may also choose to run the report by fiscal period.
Manual Date Entry: Here you can type in your desired date range or find the day by clicking on the calendar icon to the right.
Check the “All” box if you would like to include all stores. You can also enter a specific store code to see one store or select a store group from the drop down box.
Select the desired Tier from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected.
Select the desired Campaign Occurrence from the drop down menu or leave “All” selected.
Click Submit!
