When offering tobacco products for delivery, it’s important to ensure that your menu accurately shows that the item contains tobacco. By following the steps outlined below, you can ensure that the order and delivery process is as smooth as possible for you and your guest.
How do I configure my menu for tobacco delivery?
To configure your menu to show that menu items contain tobacco begin by navigating to Online Ordering>Menu.
Next, Select the menu item you wish to mark as containing alcohol then click Edit or select Add Item to add a new item to the menu.
Scroll down and select Advanced Information.
Check the box for Contains Tobacco.
What other steps do I need to complete for my delivery service provider(s)?
Door Dash
Navigate to Online Ordering>Settings>Third Party Delivery>Tobacco Delivery Addendum.
Download the Tobacco Delivery Addendum for Door Dash. Once you’ve filled out the form, upload it and check the box for Enable Tobacco Delivery.
Click Save Setting.
UberEats
If you are using UberEats, no additional steps are required.
