To achieve the best results, it’s ideal to send messages to guests on the day they are most likely to interact with your brand. Historically, that has been easier said than done, as that information is specific to each customer.
That is why we developed the Day of the Week Optimizer feature, an innovative tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to determine the best day of week to send messages to each guest and easily integrates into your campaigns. The optimizer looks at data such as transaction and visit history to determine which day guests are most likely to engage with your brand.
By using the Day of the Week Optimizer, you can:

Offer a more personalized loyalty program

How Does the Day of the Week Optimizer Work?
The Day of Week Optimizer is accessible through the Scheduling tab in Campaign Builder for email campaigns. Clients can build their campaigns as usual and include this feature with with the click of a button.
When Day of the Week Optimizer is selected, you can choose a campaign window of 2-7 days. The optimizer does the work for you of deciding each guest’s best day of week and will send them the campaign on that day. If the campaign does not fall during their best day of week, guests will receive the message on the day closest to their best day.
How Do I Get Started with the Day of the Week Optimizer?
The Day of the Week Optimizer feature can be found within Campaign Builder. To utilize this feature, clients must have Messaging and Loyalty. Please see How Do I Use the Day of the Week Optimizer? for step-by-step instructions.
