Overview
The Action to Load feature allows restaurants and convenience stores to create campaigns to share with many guests at once, but only triggers a wallet adjustment when guests interact with the loyalty program.
Why Would I Want to Use Action to Load?
With this feature, you should notice an increase in the speed of wallet adjustments and a decrease in your reward liability.
TIP: Action to Load is not available for Day of the Week or Recurring Campaigns.
How do I Set Up Action to Load?
Paytronix will need to enable the Action to Load feature in your Paytronix account. Contact your Paytronix representative or [email protected] for assistance.
How do I Create a Campaign with Action to Load?
Once Paytronix has enabled the feature and set up the appropriate rule, create a campaign with Action to Load in Campaign Builder.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to the Campaign Builder and create a new campaign.
2. Select the wallet that you want to add to the campaign.
3. At the bottom of the Offer area, check the box for Action to Load. This will indicate that the offer will be loaded only when the guest interacts with the loyalty program as defined by the Action to Load rule configuration.
4. As a bonus, if you have Action to Load enabled on your account, you can also choose to make your campaign Click to Load, instead. Simply follow all of the steps above and instead of checking Action to Load, instead select Click to Load.
