Messaging is your central hub for campaign management, offering a range of data and analysis tools. This article walks through the key features.

Written by Matt Ford

What is the Messaging Module?

Messaging gives you a faster way to create, schedule, and measure targeted campaigns across channels. Use it to engage the right guests, recover lapsed visitors, and see which messages drive visits, redemptions, and spend.

Send personalized campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications, all from one place. Messaging includes a rebuilt Campaign Builder, a Campaign Calendar, and, for Advanced Messaging customers, a full Journey Builder for multi-step guest engagement.

The module is designed to simplify your day-to-day marketing tasks and give you self-service access to the tools you use most.

📌 Note: This is version 1 of the Messaging Module. Not all features from the existing Paytronix Campaign Center are available yet. During this transition period, some tasks may require you to use both the Messaging Module and your existing Paytronix Campaign Center. Additional functionality will continue to be added and the corresponding articles will be updated and/or created.

Messaging Channels

The Messaging Module supports the following delivery channels. Each serves a distinct guest touchpoint.
