Viewing Campaign Results in Paytronix Messaging on Access Evo

Review campaign performance, messaging volume, and individual campaign details from the Messaging campaign dashboard.

Written by Melissa White

Campaign Dashboard

The campaign dashboard gives you a performance overview of all campaigns that have run within a selected time period.

Set your Date Range

At the top of the dashboard, use the Run Date filter to set the time period you want to review. Available options are:

  • Last 30 days.

  • Last 90 days.

  • Year-to-date.

  • Custom date range.

The run date filters by campaign execution date, so stats include all campaigns that ran during the selected period.

Campaign Performance Overview

The campaign performance overview is divided into three sections.

Campaign impact

Campaign impact shows the overall results for all campaigns within your selected date range:

  • Recipients — the total number of recipients across all campaigns.

  • Redemptions — the redemption percentage and total number.

  • Visit Rate — the visit rate percentage and total number.

  • Average Spend — the average spend value.

Messaging Volume

Messaging volume shows the total number of messages sent, broken down by channel in a chart view:

  • Email.

  • SMS.

  • Push.

  • Pull.

Email Summary

Email summary shows your overall email engagement, with three metrics displayed as percentages and totals:

  • Sent — the total number of emails sent.

  • Opens — the total number of emails opened.

  • Clicks — the total number of clicks.

Campaign Details

Below the performance overview, the campaign details section lets you search and filter your campaigns.

⚠️ Important: These options are only available for Active or Completed campaigns. Draft campaigns must be edited directly in PXS.
