Accessing Messaging
Log into Paytronix
In the top left, click Access
:
Click Products, and then Paytronix Messaging:
Click Campaigns and then Create Campaign.
Set up your campaign
Enter your campaign name in the Campaign Name field.
Set your target segment by selecting the required account filter.
Click Next.
Configure your message
Select the type of campaign you want to run:
Single message — Sends one message to your audience.
Split Test — Tests different message variations against each other.
Admin Campaign - Send a reward only, with no messgae content or do a tier adjustment.
Multi-message (Journey) — Sends a series of messages.
If you select Single Message, choose your message type:
Email — click Email, configure your email, then click Save Configuration.
Mobile message — click Mobile Message, configure your message, then click Save Configuration.
Configure your Reward:
Scroll down to the Reward section and click Reward.
Select the Wallet.
Enter the Quantity for that wallet.
Select the Attribution Store.
Set the campaign expiry type:
Relative — expires a set number of days after the campaign runs.
Absolute — expires on a fixed date.
Enter your expiry configuration settings, then click Save Configuration.
Click Save Configuration.
Click Next.
If you select Multi-Message Journey, follow the steps below:
Use the actions in the left column to build your journey components.
Click Next.
If you select Split Test, follow the steps below:
Enter a name for Variant A and Variant B.
For each variant, select your message type:
Email — select the email template and configure the offer.
Mobile message — select the mobile message template and configure the offer.
Under Test Settings, set the following:
Sample size — the portion of your audience included in the test.
Duration — how long the test runs.
Success metric — select from opens, clicks, visits, or spends.
Set your Confidence Level percentage.
If you want the winning variant to be applied automatically, turn on Automatic Winner Selection.
Click Next.
Schedule your Campaign
Set your campaign Start Date and End Date.
Select your campaign schedule type:
One-time — runs once on the start date.
Recurring daily — runs every day.
Recurring weekly — runs every week.
Recurring monthly — runs every month.
Recurring yearly — runs every year.
Custom frequency — runs on a schedule you define.
Set your Start Time, then click Next.
Review and Launch your campaign
Review your campaign details to confirm everything is correct.
To go live, click Launch Campaign.
To save your progress and launch later, click Save as Draft.
