A – No, this is an optional feature for clients.
Q – Can the Secret Menu feature be used with another loyalty provider or online ordering provider?
A – No, this feature is unique to Paytronix and cannot be used with another loyalty provider or online ordering provider.
Usage Questions
Q – Does a Paytronix user have to set up this feature?
A – A Paytronix user will complete the first setup step of creating a new perk within the Client Portal. Once the Secret Menus have been added as a perk, clients will be able to configure them to meet their campaign needs.
Q – Will the Secret Menu feature be supported in mobile?
A – There will be a mobile app version in the future.
Q – What systems or integrations are required in order to use this feature?
A – In order to use the Secret Menu feature, clients must have Online Ordering and Loyalty as well as Order Experience Builder.
