How do I resend an Online Ordering receipt to a guest?

This article guides restaurant merchants through the process of resending an online order receipt to a guest.

As a merchant, you can resend your guests' order receipts through the Online Ordering dashboard.

  1. Log in to your account on https://www.pxsweb.com/

  2. Click Online Ordering in the left navigation menu.

  3. Click Orders in the top navigation menu.

  4. Search for the guest order.

  5. Select the order to view the details.

  6. Click the drop-down arrow next to Back to Orders in the upper right of the order details.

  7. Click Resend Receipt.
