β’ Stop the Controller service (Start > Services > Paytronix Controller)
β’ Stop the service host
β’ Download the matching PXC/user program from paytronix.com/support using micros/micros as user/password and extract to C:\PXInstall
β’ C:\Paytronix\ > delete the data folder entirely. This step will not be successful if the Controller is still running
β’ C:\Micros\Simphony\WebServer\wwwroot\EGateway\Handlers > remove PXSimphony.dll, Newtonsoft.Json.dll, and PaytronixAPINET.dll entirely
β’ EMC > setup > content > reload from C:\Paytronix\config\pxconfig\pxconfig.cfg
β’ EMC > setup > extension applications > PXSimphony > create an override > reload all 3 files using Content Type 3-DLL and navigate to C:\PXInstall\archive\PXSimphony\bin\release\PXSimphony.dll/PaytronixAPINET.dll/ C:\PXInstall\archive\PXSimphony\bin\Release\dlls\userprog\Newtonsoft.Json.dll
β’ Be sure under each Option Bits the "write to Handlers" option is unchecked (Option Bits should be all zeros)
β’ Disk file names will be: Newtonsoft.Json.dll/PaytronixAPINET.dll/PXSimphony.dll and uncheck all options except Win32
β’ Restart the Controller service (Start > Services > Paytronix Controller)
β’ Restart the service host
β’ Reload the database (should take several minutes) and reboot terminals
