What is Forgot Visit Code?

This article explains how guests can earn loyalty points after a visit, by using a code generated at the POS.

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

Forgot Visit Code (FVC) is a great way for a guest to still earn loyalty points after-the-fact on an order even if they initially forgot to identify as a loyalty guest at the point of sale (POS).. While not recommended as the primary way to earn loyalty points, it’s a good ‘second-chance’ option to consider.

How does the Forgot Visit Code work?

FVC operates with subtle differences, depending on which POS system is in place. We recommend contacting Paytronix Support or your POS provider to learn more about how the code is generated.
