Overview
The Analytics dashboards in the PXS Report Center have an expansive array of data across all solutions (gift, loyalty, comp, Online Ordering, Paytronix Payments). We encourage our customers to take full advantage of the dashboards and filters to obtain the information they need to sustain and grow their business.
How do I schedule a Dashboard Report?
1. In the PXS Merchant Portal, go to Report Center > Analytics.
2. If you would like to receive periodic emails of any Analytics dashboard, you may click the three dots at the top right of any dashboard and click Schedule delivery.
Note: The report will show the entire dashboard. It is not possible to run a report on a single tile within the dashboard.
3. In the pop-up, you can:
Settings Tab - Set a delivery schedule, add email recipients, and set the file format of the data (PDF, CSV zip file, or PNG visualization).
Filters Tab - Set the filter for the data that gets delivered on this schedule.
Advanced Options Tab - Set additional settings such as a custom message to send with the data and delivery time zone.
4. Once finished, click Save and you will receive the email at the next occurrence of your schedule.
How do I edit an existing scheduled Dashboard Report?
Please note that in order to edit or delete a scheduled dashboard, the original user who scheduled the dashboard must be the same one to edit or delete the scheduled report.
To edit a scheduled dashboard report, the original user should:
1.Log into into the PXS Merchant Portal then go to Report Center > Analytics.
2. Click the three dots at the top right of the dashboard where the schedule was created and click Schedule delivery.
3. Click the three dots next to the report they need to edit and select Edit.
4. Make any necessary changes and click Save when finished.
