To pull a list of all of the members enrolled in your loyalty program, you'll need to create a set of conditions via the Account Filter, and then generate a Guest Analysis Report using that account filter. Please follow the following instructions below:
Creating an Account Filter
Navigate to the "Marketing Tools" tab and select "Account Filter" drop down
Click "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT FILTER" button in the upper right, which will bring you to the following webpage:
From the options on the left hand side, please drag and drop "Program Template", from there you'll need to select the card template associated with your Loyalty Program:
Tip: By clicking "GET # OF MATCHING ACCOUNTS" you'll quickly calculate the accurate amount customers currently participating within your Loyalty program
You'll need to assign this specific account filter with a descriptive name, and click "SAVE". For this example, it will be "All One Card Loyalty Members"
Generating "Guest Analysis" Report
Navigate to the "Report Center" tab and select the "Run Reports" drop down:
Under the "General Reports", select the Detail option next to "Guest Analysis" which will direct you to the following webpage:
At this point you'll need to search for the designated name you assigned to the Account Filter in the previous steps above and proceed to the next step by selectin "GO":
In doing so, you'll be required to review the chosen account filter before generating your report. After thoroughly reviewing the account filter, please select "CONTINUE WITHOUT SAVING".
Select the desired fields you'd like to be included in your report:
Some fields will be automatically included but you can completely customize the report to fit your requirements.
In addition, you are also able to include specific wallets from your system setup to display per loyalty member by selecting "ADD WALLETS TO OUTPUT":
TIP: When selecting Output Types please keep in mind the size of the file you'll be generating (XLS has a max of 65536 rows):
Finally, select "RUN REPORT" to begin the download process
