Overview
A Custom Segment Campaign is a campaign that uses a custom created audience Segment.
Why would I use a Custom Segment Campaign?
Targeting specific segments of your guests is a great way to:
Test a Campaign functionality by only targeting a set of test emails or card numbers.
Decrement wallet balances for a specific target group. Learn more about Decrement Campaigns: What is a Decrement Campaign?
Move a specific set of card numbers to a different tier. Learn more about Tier Adjustment Campaigns: What is a Tier Adjustment Campaign?
Note: The Account Filter options will not apply in this type of campaign.

Once the file has been downloaded and opened, the specific Error will show under the ‘Error’ column.
In this error, the above email address does not exist in the merchant database. The original file can be updated, then re-uploaded.
