Instructions
1. You can access your ordering portal at https://www.shopcardmarket.com/1069882f08d6c449ed54c592a7b9778203c2fe2e
2. On the first screen, you have two options:
Start a new quote
View a quote
3. When starting a new quote, you will be prompted to enter your contact information, followed by company and shipping location.
4. After submitting the contact information, you will now be able to select the items you wish to order.
5. After you select an item and complete the required information, you will see the following options:
“ADD MORE ITEMS” – This will take you back to step 4 and give you the options to select more items.
"SAVE FOR LATER” – This option will email you a quote number. When you are ready to continue, you will go to the main page and select “VIEW A QUOTE”, as shown in Step 2. At this point you will enter your quote number and the email address you used to create the quote. Note, once a quote is submitted, it cannot be edited. It will display the status as submitted.
“SUBMIT QUOTE” – This option will submit the quote. You will get a success message when it submits.
6. After you submit your quote, you will receive a confirmation email.

1. What is the typical turnaround time on an order?
The normal turnaround time is 10-15 business days + shipping time.
2. Does Card Market offer expedited shipping?Yes, expedited shipping depends on whether you want it overnighted, the address it is shipping to and the weight. The normal rush fees are 2-3 days at $350 and 4-6 days at $200.
3. Can I order test cards?
Yes, when it comes time to request card data, add "5" to the quantity for each card batch you need test cards for.
