My menu says I'm "Not Accepting Orders"

If you receive this message on your Online Ordering menu, these steps should help you resolve this error

So if you're receiving this message:

  1. Go to the Dashboard and select Restaurant Information

  2. Ensure that either Takeout or Delivery is enabled

  3. Ensure that Accepting Orders checkbox is enabled

  4. Verify your Hours of Operation, and ensure that your restaurant is currently open

Updating Your Hours of Operation

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Restaurant Information

  2. Scroll down to the Hours of Operation section

  3. Move the sliders to adjust your hours

  4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes

Updating Takeout & Delivery options

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Restaurant Information

  2. Adjust the Takeout and/or Delivery checkboxes

  3. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes
