Overview
Support is able to assist with more complex changes to the guest website that cannot be performed via the self-service menus. These changes can include updating registration fields, adding/removing links from the navigation bar, adding banner images, and adding disclaimer text.
What changes can Support make?
Support assisted changes are intended to be smaller updates to a singular item or small part of the guest website. Any larger changes that would involve a redesign or large amounts of custom styling would instead fall under the umbrella of custom development.
Below is a list of common changes that Support can make to your guest website.

How can I request Support assistance?
Please contact [email protected] if you need assistance with making changes to your guest website.
What happens after I engage with Support?
You’ll be asked to provide what part of the website needs to be changed, where the change needs to be made, and any applicable requests for how to style it. A screenshot of the requested change’s area as well as a link to the specific page should be provided if possible. All assets such as images or fonts should be provided in a zipped folder.
The support team will initially make the requested changes in the training environment. Once the client approves of the changes, the support team will copy the website package over to the production environment. Once the changes have been moved to production, it is the responsibility of the client to review the site to ensure the website is visually and functionally working as it was in training.
