How can I generate a coupon for a specific guest
There are also ways for you to send a one-time use version of that coupon to specific customers. For example, if you want to send a coupon to an individual who has provided feedback, the easiest way is through a Custom Feedback Action. See: How to create a Custom Feedback Action
β
Alternatively, if the customer you want to send a coupon to did not contact you through the feedback feature, you will need to send it to them in a different way. The easiest method is through the Send a Coupon option on the Order History page. See: Managing Past Orders
How can my guests redeem a coupon?
To redeem a coupon manually, the guest would enter the coupon code on the Checkout page.
