Overview
You can easily enable your guests to add a menu item with just one click, or require them to click into the item and make any desired modifications. In this article, we’ll review how to enable or disable One-Click Ordering
What is One-Click Ordering?
This setting is a store configuration level setting that allows your guests to select a menu item to add to their cart, with one click.
One-Click Ordering is enabled, by default. Disabling the feature will turn off the Quick-Add/Add to Order button for the menu items in Order Experience Builder.
How do I use the One-Click Order Setting?
Navigate toOnline Ordering > Restaurants >Enterprise Menu Settings>Menu/Checkout Settings.
To disable One-Click Ordering, select One-Click Ordering Off by Default.
Checking the box will then add a checkbox to the right of the Enterprise Settings list. When this box is checked, One-Click Ordering will be off by Default. Individual menu items can be manually set to add One-Click/Quick-Add ordering, as desired.
Alternatively, you can enable/disable One-Click Ordering for individual menu items by navigating to Online Ordering>Restaurant/Store List.
Select the Dashboard for the restaurant’s menu you wish to adjust then select Menu from the
Quick Navigation.
Select Edit>Advanced Options for the menu item you wish to adjust.
Then check the box to ‘Enable one-click/quick-add ordering for this item, if applicable’ or ‘Disable one-click / quick-add ordering for this item’, depending on your Enterprise Settings Management setting.
