Overview
Certain restaurants may now be required to show calorie counts and other nutritional information on menus. If you need to enable nutritional information, follow the instructions below.
Note: Paytronix Online Ordering does not provide legal advice, and any/all guidance should be treated only as recommendations. Consult your advisors or legal counsel to determine your menu requirements, based on your specific situation.

How Do I Enable Nutritional Information?
From the top navigation menu, select Settings, then Menu/Checkout Settings
Ensure that the Enable Calorie Display checkbox is checked
Select one of the following options:
To link to a page or file on your web site, enter the URL in the Nutritional Information Link field.
If you have a PDF file, use the Upload Nutritional Information PDF field to upload it. The file must be in PDF format.
To enter the nutritional information into the Paytronix Online Ordering system manually, check the Enter Nutritional Information Manually checkbox
Click the Save Settings button to save your settings
How Do I Enter Nutritional Information?
If you've opted to enter nutritional information manually, use the following steps to enter the info.
From the top navigation menu, select Menu
On the left-hand column, click the button labeled Nutritional Information
For each item, enter the appropriate nutritional values. These must be whole numbers only, like "300"
Click the Save Nutritional Information button to save your settings
What If I Need More Flexibility?
The guidelines for nutritional information vary widely across situations. If you need more flexibility than our standard nutritional information entry, we recommend using a document editor like Microsoft Word or Google Docs to create a PDF, and uploading the PDF to the Paytronix Online Ordering system.
How Do I Provide Calorie Counts?
