Your billing for services used as part of Online Ordering will be based on the rates charged by our service providers and this article provides the details

Updated over 2 months ago

As a white label Online Ordering partner, your billing will be based on the rates charged by our service providers. For US-based services, these rates were listed in your white label rate sheet.

Phone Calls

Phone calls are provided by Twilio, and usage is billed on a per-minute basis. Please see https://www.twilio.com/voice/pricing for more details. (Note: Calls are sent through local, not toll-free numbers.)

SMS Messages

SMS messages are provided by Twilio, and usage is billed on a per-message basis. Please see https://www.twilio.com/sms/pricing for more details. (Note: Calls are sent through local, not toll-free numbers or short codes.)

Multiple Messages Per Order

When orders are sent via SMS, the contents often exceed the length of a single message. Multiple messages will be sent for each order. For example, if an order is very long and requires 8 messages to send, your account will be billed for 8 total messages for the single order.

Fax

Faxes are provided by several different carriers, and usage is billed on a per-fax basis. Currently, the rates are 7 cents per fax for US-based customers, and 10 cents per fax for international customers.

Credit Card Data Security

We use Spreedly to vault and manage credit card data. Spreedly is a Level 1 PCI Compliant service provider, and their services are tremendously beneficial in providing a flexible platform while maintaining data security.

Currently, the rate is 2 cents per credit card transaction. Orders that are not prepaid with a credit card do not incur a charge, and there is no charge for end consumers to store their cards on file.
