This article outlines the minimum and recommended "Gold Stack" version requirements for NCR Aloha systems to support Paytronix Online Ordering functionality.

Listed below are the minimum version requirements for NCR.
Minimum Versions
Aloha version (Min 15.1/12.3)
ATO version (19.10.4) (Probably the most important part for O&D but you should check with your dealer on any other specific component such as RAL that are recommended with this version)
CMC Agent version (Min 15.2+)
Aloha Online Ordering - AOO is required to run Paytronix Order & Delivery. Do you have it? Do you have an online ordering menu already built out in it?
CFC (Catalog Service) version (Min 19.3+)
Gold Stack Versions
NCR also has a “Gold Stack” which are the versions that they have found work best with Online Ordering. If updating NCR versions, please aim to get onto the Gold Stack versions if possible.
ATO version 19.10.4+
CFC version 20.26+
Radiant
The current supported version is 2020.7.
