Steps:
To find out the most frequent visitors for the previous month an unlikely report will need to be pulled.
To do this:
Go to Report Center > Run Reports (if this option is not available the permission is not available for the user being used. Please reach out to the User Admin or Paytronix Support to gain the necessary permissions to run reports):
2. Under Fraud Detection Reports select the High Point Accrual Activity Report
3. Configure the report as follows:
Note: By setting the Transactions/Day, Transactions/Period, and Transactional Threshold the report will be pulling every guest that has visited more than once for the previous month. The output of the report will sort by the top visitors by default.

Note: The card numbers have been masked for security purposes. The actual report will include the full card numbers. The "Total Points Accrued" will always be output as "Points" even though the Visits wallet was selected as the wallet parameter. Treat this header as "Total Visits Accrued".
What Can Be Done With This Information?
Once the report is pulled a new file can be created with the top visitors (e.g. guests who visited more than 5 times in the previous month). This segment can then be uploaded to a campaign where emails and offers can be sent to the frequent visitors.
