When logging into the Paytronix Server, Some merchants may experience an error of "Your username or password is wrong"
Paytronix has different platforms and we've outlined the different url/links for each of these platforms. Please verify the Paytronix Server (PXSweb) URL you're attempting to login to:
Merchants within the 0-9999 ID range will use: https://pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 40000 ID range will use: https://launch.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 30000 ID range will use: https://toast.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 20000 ID range will use: https://posicard.positouch.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants in Europe will use: https://www.eu.pxsplatform.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants using the Train platform will use: https://www.train.paytronix.com/merchant/switch_merchant.srv
Merchants using the Staging platform will use: https://www.staging.paytronix.com/merchant/switch_merchant.srv
If you have verified the correct URL, you may need to reset your password to successfully log in to the Paytronix Server. We recommend reaching out to your User Admin for password resets.
