When logging into the Paytronix Server, some merchants may experience the error, "Your username or password is wrong."
Paytronix has different platforms, and we've outlined the different URLs/links for each of these platforms. Please verify the Paytronix Server (PXSweb) URL you're attempting to log in to:
Merchants within the 0-9999 ID range will use: https://www.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 40000 ID range will use https://launch.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 30000 ID range will use: https://toast.pxsweb.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants within the 20000 ID range will use: https://posicard.positouch.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants in Europe within the 0-9999 ID range will use: https://www.eu.pxsplatform.com/merchant/home.srv
Merchants in Europe within the 50000 ID range will use:
Merchants using the Train platform will use: https://www.train.paytronix.com/merchant/switch_merchant.srv
Merchants using the Staging platform will use: https://www.staging.paytronix.com/merchant/switch_merchant.srv
If you have verified the correct URL, you may need to reset your password to successfully log in to the Paytronix Server. We recommend reaching out to your User Admin for password resets.
