Traffic to Paytronix servers is routed through Cloudflare, and certain regions may experience connection interruptions or denials.
Traffic coming from outside the list of approved countries may experience a Error 1020 or Error 1020 "Access Denied" message. In this case, to potentially approve traffic from the location that received the error, please open a support case with the following information:
Cloudflare Ray ID
FQDN (fully qualified domain name)
The full URL if possible (ex: https://api.pxsweb.com/api/rest/19.2/guest/accountInformationById.json?merchantId=xxxx&accountId=yyyyyy&authentication=zzzz)
Once received, the Paytronix Security and Operations team will then review to determine if traffic can be whitelisted from this location.
