When attempting to log into your Paytronix Online Ordering account, you may receive the following message:
This could happen because:
Your email address has been entered incorrectly (or the wrong email address is being used).
Your password has been entered incorrectly.
If you can't log in:
First, try resetting your password via the Reset Password link on the login page. By entering and submitting your email address, you will receive an email with a password reset link
If you are still unable to log in, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist. Be sure to provide your login email address and your full restaurant name
